PE + Aluminum Hydrate Granules（PE 30%）

Description
PE + aluminum hydrate granule is a fire-retardant additive with excellent fire-retardant effect. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive and anti-explosive. This flame retardant aluminium hydroxide is made as the following process: mix the aluminum hydroxide and polyethylene material at high temperature, extrude the mixture and pelletize this high polymer material. PE + aluminum hydrate granules are mainly used for producing aluminium-plastic composite panels.

Applications
1. It can be used as synthetic rubber. When used as filling agent of various rubbers, this flame retardant aluminium hydroxide can improve the electric insulation performance and arc resistance of rubbers.
2. PE + aluminum hydrate granules can be used as various latex products, such as carpet underlay, bonding agent, foam material and boards, etc.
3. This product is applicable as unsaturated polyester resin. It has the features of smoke abatement and flame resistance, so it is widely used in glass reinforced plastics.
4. If add 40%-60% flame retardant aluminium hydroxide powder to epoxy resin, the oxygen index and arc resistance can be improved. However, the mechanical properties, process viscosity, and heat resistance will not be affected.
5. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products with aluminum hydrate are translucent and have better dispersion and aging resistance.
6. INFO flame retardant aluminium hydroxide is also the flame retardant of polyurethane foam plastics, ethylene copolymer, diallyl phthalate (DAP), melamine-formaldehyde and dilatable coating, etc.
