Introduction
As the base resin, PP is uniformly mixed with halogen-free fire retardant, glass fiber, EPDM and processing modifier in a high speed. After twin-screw kneading granulation, halogen free flame retardant compound (PP+EPDM granules) is formed. Its flame retardant grade is UL94 V-2 (1.6 mm). This flame retardant plastic granule possesses excellent mechanical strength, excellent resistance to stress cracking, heat resistance and good workability. Applications

Process
Halogen free flame retardant plastic granules can be extruded and molded by a general screw extruder. The extruding velocity and temperature can be adjusted appropriately according to specific requirements.

Packaging Specification
We use kraft bags with plastic bag lining to package this halogen free flame retardant compound.
