Release film is also known as isolation membrane or separate film. In the production of FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit), it plays the role of isolation, padding, protection and easy peeling. This product is a three-layer composite PET film (release liner). It adopts olefin copolymer composites whose surface is not coated with any release agent. This eliminates the danger of the coated silicon release liner migrating to the circuit board. Three-layer composite release film features excellent mechanical properties, small thickness tolerance, heat resistance, dimensional stability and flame retardant. It has become a superior film material for the production process of multilayer boards. This composite PET film is also an ideal isolation material used for hard board (PCB-printed circuit board), FPC, CCL (Copper Clad Laminate), etc.

Features of Release Film
1. This insulation film is without silicone, so it does not pollute circuit board.
2. Three-layer release film has good release property and high temperature resistance.
3. With smooth surface, this composite PET film features low shrinkage, high tensile strength, tear strength and chemical inertness.
