Introduction
Adopting PP as the base resin and evenly mixing it with fire retardant, glass fiber, EPDM and processing modifier in a high speed. After twin-screw kneading granulation, reinforced flame retardant EPDM compound granules (PP+EPDM) are produced. Its flame retardant grade is UL94 V-0. This reinforced polypropylene compoundpossesses excellent mechanical strength, excellent resistance to stress cracking, heat resistance and good workability. It can be used for electroplating processing and also applied in home appliances, electronic appliances and other fields.
Advantages
1. TallKee halogen free flame retardant EPDM compound granules do not stick to the mold and there is no precipitation. This solves the precipitation problem of phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants.
2. Under the premise of not affecting its flame retardant effect, this reinforced polypropylene compound (PP+EPDM) utilizes environmental friendly E-glass to substantially increase its strength and heat distortion temperature. (E-glass refers to non-alkali glass fiber)
