Description
Different from pure PP, modified polypropylene (modified PP) is of better dimensional stability, rigidity, cold resistance, heat resistance, weatherability and other properties. Our company is a modified propylene and flame retardant material manufacturer in China. We mainly provide glass fiber reinforced PP granules, mineral modified PP granules and glass fiber reinforced PE granules.
Our modified polypropylene has a lustrous surface, excellent performance and good flame retardant properties. It is suitable for injection molding, gas-aided molding and making shells for home electrical appliances. The colors of our modified propylene can be customized.
Applications
Modified PP can be used for bumper fascia, interior trim, appliance parts, sports equipment, automobile lamp-socket, air filter, protective cover, air filter, protective cover, airbag cover, toolbox, car door panel, instrument panel, fan blade, power tool housings, vacuum cleaners parts, impeller, electro-acoustic device, etc. Modified polypropylene (modified propylene) can replace ABS, PC/ABS and PA6 with 30% glass fiber to produce electric tool housings and other plastic parts, which can save about 40% of the material cost.
