Introduction
Adopting PP as the base resin and uniformly mixing it with fire retardant, POE (Polyolefin Elastomer) and processing modifier in a high speed, halogen free flame retardant polypropylene compound is then formed after twin-screw kneading granulation. Its flammability level is UL94 V-2 (1.6 mm). This halogen free flame retardant compound (PP+POE granules) possesses excellent mechanical strength, excellent resistance to stress cracking, heat resistance and good workability. It is extensively used for electroplating processing and applied in home appliances, electronic appliances and other fields. Applications
PP+POE halogen free flame retardant compound is widely used for insulation sheets, power supplies, switching components, thermostats, relay housings, circuit breakers, low voltage electrical appliances shell, TV or monitors, business computers, etc.
Process
Halogen free flame retardant polypropylene compound (PP+POE granules) can be extruded and molded by a general screw extruder. The extruding velocity and temperature can be adjusted appropriately according to specific requirements.
Packaging Specification
We use kraft bags with plastic bag lining to package this halogen free flame retardant compound.
