Glass Fiber Reinforced PP Granules(GF10-GF40)

Introduction
Adopting PP as the base resin and uniformly mixing it with glass fiber and processing modifier in a high speed, glass fiber reinforced PP granules are formed after twin-screw kneading granulation. Reinforced polypropylene granules own excellent mechanical strength, excellent resistance to stress cracking, heat resistance and good workability. It is broadly used for home appliances, automobiles, electronic appliances and other fields. Compared to ordinary PP, glass fiber reinforced PP granules enjoy the merits of high toughness, weatherability, flame retardant and super rigidity.

Features of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene Granules
1. Our glass fiber reinforced polypropylene features excellent mechanical property, excellent heat resisting property and good dimensional stability.
2. In addition to the original advantage, glass fiber reinforced PP granules have low temperature impact performance, high strength and high impact resistance, small shrinkage rate, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation and good resistance to arc.
3. Compared with other thermoplastics, reinforced polypropylene granules possess the properties of anti-UV, aging capability, lower density and better chemical resistance.

Applications
1. Our glass fiber reinforced PP granules are applied for blades of fan, handle and valve used in chemical industry.
2. Some of its functions are comparable with PA, PC, POM and other engineering plastics with a lower price. Reinforced polypropylene granules are widely used in automotive, electrical, chemical and other fields, such as car front guard, air filter cover, battery box, various instruments parts, refrigerator parts, chemical piping, fittings, pump shell, tub pumps, pool pumps, garden pumps, aquarium pumps, plastic water pump housing, engine cooling fans, chassis plastic parts, agricultural equipment, etc.
