Description
Halogen free flame retardant PE is also called non-halogen flame retardant polyethylene. Compared to halogen flame retardant, it has the advantages of environmental protection, safety and smoke suppression. It also enjoys non-toxic and inexpensive merits. Under the existing industrial technology conditions, halogen free flame retardant PE mainly includes inorganic flame retardant, halogen-free intumescent flame retardant and silicone flame retardant. Non-halogen flame retardant polyethylene does not discharge smoke and corrosive gas when it is burned, thus it is titled as “Green Flame Retardant”. Our products are manufactured to meet strict flammability performance requirements defined by industry agencies.
Forming Process
Adopt halogen-free flame retardant as the flame retardant additive, mix it with polyethylene under high temperature, extrude the compound and pelletize it. Therefore, non-halogen flame retardant polyethylene comes into being.
